From our first day of trading, back in August 1985, we set out to build ourselves a reputation for quality and service. This is a target which we simply do not miss and never lose sight of. In late 1993 it became obvious to us that, as proof of our commitment to quality and service, and also as an aid to our commitment, we should pursue what was then BS5750.
 
This was successfully achieved in mid 1994 and we received our accreditation for what is now ISO9002. We are proud to be able to say that we were the second company in our field to achieve this standard and still remain one of the few who hold ISO9002.
